I stumbled across this vintage poster and thought.... wow, this sums it up.

What makes me happy? My family and friends, antiques, rearranging my furniture (which I do weekly), keylime pie, cleaning..not really but I seem to do it all the time. Gardening makes me happy, and rainy days. I am always happy when there is the chance to create something, and my camera is my favorite creating tool.

Happiness is seeing eight day old babies in my studio, and the new light of joy they bring to their parents.
